All appointments are 45-60 minutes in length.

The initial appointment is a data-gathering session primarily focused on getting to know each other and building a positive therapeutic relationship.

 

Follow-up appointments will build on goals set at previous appointments. We will work together to address challenges, successes, and future goals.

For virtual appointments, I use Simple Practice, a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.
